Engage Safety is a partnership between Matthew and Suzanne Galloway. A husband and wife team, we have worked in organisations large and small in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Victoria. Matthew and Suzanne bring complimentary skills to Engage Safety - Matthew's expertise in safety complimented by Suzanne's linguistics (think proofreading, syntax, grammar) and office administration skills.
Matthew is a passionate safety professional with a track record of culture change. He thrives against challenge and is committed to improving workplace safety outcomes. Operational and safety experience has included major hazard facilities, port, rail, logistics and government. Matthew's strong communication skills work well to positively influence an organisation. Lead Auditor and Lead ICAM Investigator are but a few strings to Matthew's bow, in addition he is currently three quarters of the way through his Master of Business Administration.
Suzanne has an eye for detail, and puts her Bachelor of Linguistics to work proofreading and editing. All policies, procedures, instructions and plans go under Suzanne's watchful eye prior to completion. It's likely that the first voice you hear on the phone is Suzanne's, her warm helpful nature will ensure your requirements are understood and point you in the right direction. In addition to Suzanne's linguistic prowess, she has several years experience in office administration and operational exposure to a diverse variety of roles in service industries.
